Candidates must be 21 to 40 years as on 01 January 2026 (i.e., born between 01.01.1986 and 01.01.2005), with relaxations: +5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Sports persons/UP Govt employees (max 45 years), Divyangjan (PwD) up to 55 years (15‑year relaxation), and Ex‑servicemen: service period + 3 years as per rules.
Manager (Category‑1): Typically Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with 55% marks or Bachelor’s with Economics/Maths/Statistics (55%) plus ‘O’ Level computer certificate, or professional qualifications like B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, BBA/MBA (Banking/Finance/HR), or full‑time PG in Banking/Finance/HR with required percentage.
Accountant: B.Com or PG Diploma in Accountancy from a recognised institute plus ‘O’ Level Diploma in Computer Operation from a Government‑recognised institute.
The application fee is ₹500 for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹250 for SC/ST candidates, payable online only via debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, IMPS, cash card or mobile wallet; bank charges are borne by candidates and fee is non‑refundable.
Online Preliminary Exam (if conducted) and Main Exam, both objective‑type MCQs with ¼ negative marking per wrong answer. Based on Prelims, up to 15 times the vacancies are called for Mains; from Mains, up to 3 times the posts for interview (where applicable) and up to 5 times for proficiency tests (like typing/stenography) wherever prescribed. Final selection depends on Main Exam + Interview/Proficiency Test as per post.
