Public Service Commission, West Bengal (WBPSC) has published the Miscellaneous Services Recruitment Examination 2024 Detailed Advertisement (No. 13/2024). Public Service Commission, West Bengal has released the detailed advertisement (Advertisement No. 13/2024) in continuation of the Indicative Advertisement dated 23.12.2024 for Miscellaneous Services Recruitment Examination, 2024. Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India or such other nationals as declared eligible by the Govt. of India.

The last date to apply online for WBPSC Miscellaneous Services Recruitment 2026 is 20 May 2026 up to 3:00 p.m. Candidates must complete the application and fee payment before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Candidates must be between 20 and 39 years of age as on 01 January 2024. Age relaxation is available for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates as per rules. No relaxation is applicable for candidates of other states.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent. They must also be able to read, write, and speak Bengali. This requirement is not mandatory for candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali.
The application fee is ₹160 for General and OBC candidates along with applicable service charges. SC, ST of West Bengal, and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee. Payment must be made through online mode only.
The selection process includes Preliminary Examination, Final Written Examination, and Personality Test. The preliminary exam is only for screening purposes. Final merit is based on marks obtained in the final exam and personality test.
